Progressives are blind to the reality of their policies and actions. The police in larger cities, and even mid-sized communities are hesitant to make investigatory stops that are a necessary piece of successful law enforcement strategies. The reasons for their reluctive behavior is that they lack the support of the justice system.
If you were fearful of retaliatory actions for just doing your job, then would you do it? Of course not. The police can do everything right and still be villainized by the public. Wilson, the cop at the center of the Ferguson Effect was vindicated but he is no longer a cop in Ferguson. I doubt he could even drive down the street in Ferguson without fearing for his life.
The Obama progressives, Obama, and with the Obama justice system at the lead, refuse to open a blind eye, or even more likely, care little about the truth and are only worried about political points. It's easy to say the police are racists without any facts, especially when you have a security team.
