What is the more practical impact of Dobbs?

Are abortions down? Have they moved across statelines? Are Missouri (abortion restricted) women are going to Illinois (abortion allowed) to get abortions? Are the total abortions between Illinois and Missouri about the same?

Are contraceptive sales up? Are births up? or down?

i just never read any analysis like this- it is all about the political impact of Dobbs.
