Is the description accurate or is it hyperbole meant to anger the base?

It’s for real. Abbot needs to get off his ass and investigate this bullshyt. The developers are selling land to illegal aliens through seller financing with only a couple hundred dollars for a down payment and 15% interest rates. This circumvents the banks but the developers still need to comply with owner financing laws in Texas. The cartels are also involved and are probably getting a cut of the seller financing deals. This whole thing is just another example of how democrats are trying to flip Texas blue. AG Paxton needs to get on this ASAP!

This is a good article. Man, it is worse than I thought. It is so odd how it all seems like the 1800s wild west and no rule of law.
2 things.

1- systemic racism doesn't exist. Know how I know? Nobody is running these people off.
2- this is being done by design. More people that are poor = more mouths = more government dependence = more future votes for the party that offers free government stuff.

Conclusion-

Tell your kids and grandkids to get ready. It's coming.

I will add a third thing. This is just the beginning. Exposing what this man has done is now a blueprint for small, medium and large entrepreneurs to get in on these new business opportunities. I imagine these slums without electricity and water will be popping up everywhere

That's why big ranches have armed cowboys/guards. The government runs water and sewer to them. That's how colonias got sold in the 80s in the Valley.
