ISU predictions

I agree. Last year gives them tons of motivation to keep this thing rolling. They believe in Ewers and that they can win with both sides of ball.

Texas 34
Iowa St. 17

Texas controls this game on the scoreboard for the most part. It's 20-10 mid 3Q and then Texas has a solid drive to distance, then a game killer after a turnover early 4Q to put the clones away. Iowa State scores a late one to make the spread sweat.

27-10.

Think TEXAS gets caught looking ahead just a bit and ISU's D shows up to play.

ISU has a solid defense, but they really struggle on offense. They are going to have a hard time putting up points against the Texas D.

We owe these guys big time and ISU may be the worst team in the Big XII.

TX 42
ISU 7

I changed and edited my previous prediction.

I figured out that we've never really played down to the competition the coaching was the problem.

I don't know if Sarkisian is the answer but the man can definitely game plan, call plays, and develop skill players.

And ISU doesn't have a good enough defense to stop us.

Anything is possible. ISU's defense is ranked 1st in almost every category so it should be more difficult to put points on the board.

27 - 17 Texas
Their defensive numbers are inflated because of who they have played. Baylor put up 31 on them and our offense with Quinn is a lot better than Baylor’s. I think with Quinn this offense is going to be borderline unstoppable once he gets into a rhythm. We just have to many weapons.

I'm kind of concerned about tomorrow.

After last weeks complete and total utter destruction of a weak and pathetic excuse of a team, We might be overlooking ISU.

I just hope that we don't use a victory or a last place team, that is winless in 3 conference play, as a barometer for how good we are this season.

ISU is not exactly a push over for us. I absolutely love the trajectory of our team but we are not cream of the crop yet. I have to whisper this next statement....

I think Alabama is overrated this year.

They are obviously a damn good team but they are not the vaunted Bama we have grown accustomed to as of late. WV & UTSA are pretty good but not top of the heap either.

I Think Texas has the ability to play with anybody right now but we also have the ability to lay an egg at a moments notice. Hopefully the A game comes out tomorrow and we stack pts on the board.

With Quinn back I don't think it will.

I'm not sure how in the world a team that has beaten you 3 in a row can be looked over, but maybe you're right.

I put my prediction up above, but it is also very possible Texas comes out and absolutely annihilates Iowa State.

Coach Sark is showing the games last year vs these teams to our guys...showing how we aint done SHYT and they curb stomped us last year..

this is the REVENGE TOUR...aint over looking anyone. As long as Quinn plays, every team left on our schedule is about to get a 1,2 combo with a extra biscuit .

My sentiments exactly

I wasn't a Mark Jones fan but they way he and RG3 dissed the OK defense was hilarious.

I'm telling you in a funny way those 2 are HSN

Homeboy
Sports
Network

They're not the best duo but it's funny to listen to them

The guys from last years team haven’t forgotten that embarrassing loss in Ames. I think we all have battered fan syndrome from the last 12 years.

Unfortunately, most of us have BFS, but like last week with the beatdown of OU, ISU is next on the list. As I've said, I like what Sark is building. We just need to be patient and let it play out. We're a QB injury away from being undefeated.

We are going to find out what this team is all about in these next 2 games. Going into Stillwater and getting a win is not going to be easy. Iowas State will put up a fight as well.

I would have hoped that you guys would be better at deciphering my posts by now.
