It's just awesome that our State Department openly admits this. I also like how Kerry says, "some of which are labeled terrorists" as if they're not really a terrorist organization ... simply labeled as one. This policy of appeasement is just a nightmare on so many levels, and it will lead to far more deaths. The Iran Deal will turn out to be the Munich Agreement of the 21st century. Obama and Chamberlain ... two weak-kneed peas in a pod.
