But I know Ken Starr, and he is a saint. A brilliant saint. There is simply no way he covered up for rape. I think Baylor tried to use him as a scapegoat to save their football program. People who blame him are playing into Baylor's corrupt hands.

Sure, his was a crappy job, but he was doing it under orders. He was appointed by a panel of independent federal judges to investigate whether Clinton "had sex with that woman." That question requires that we define "sex." And defining "sex" requires knowing whether Clinton came in the sink, on her dress, in her mouth, ahem elsewhere, or whether he @_PIIHB_
