Just watched the press conference for the Sun Devils after the game & came away super impressed.
The ASU coach praised Texas. Took blame when they came up short or made mistakes. He never threw kids under the bus even when it would have been pretty obvious there was a miscue or player mistake.
The coach would say that he didn’t get the call right or didn’t put his guys in a position to succeed.
They asked about him rounding players up who were leaving the field to have them go shake hands after a rough loss. He indicated you wanna shake hands after you win, but sportsmanship demands you do the same after you lose
Wouldn’t trade Sark for him, but he’s a huge upgrade over our prior two coaches.
