Does he not watch what is happening in Europe? Or is this what he and Obama are aiming for? A collision of hundreds of cultures with nothing but a "hope" everyone will get along fine and everything will be ok. Just shove the people together, it works with other creatures, why not humans?
This planet is at least 2 centuries away from having mature enough societies that can respect other cultures without being threatened by them. Until then this idea is the most stupid thing anyone can be taking about today.
