The Dems have provided a road map for the Republicans to use the courts to distract, harass and delay an opponent. Even finding a litigant with a claim of dubious merit and matching it with a clever and well funded attorney to bring max damage.
So what if a wealthy Republican or four could find some poor little Democrat in need of money to file some lawsuit(s) complaining about the opaque process of replacing Biden.
That would all be in the interest of democracy? Right?
