Anyone know the best way to look up an owner from a license plate? A good friend just had a really strange occurrence near Zilker with someone parked next to her knowing everything about her when she was leaving the park and she took a picture of his plate. 911 wouldn’t help and 311 was 14 days out from writing a report.
