I’m trying to learn how to meditate so I can learn how to relax myself and honestly learn how to control negative thinking.
The biggest struggle is focus. I can’t go more than 15 sec without random thoughts both good or bad distract me. Those of y’all that meditate, how do you stay focused on whatever center point you’re supposed to stay on?
