Dang. espn not cutting away from women's soccer game.

bama is making almost everything so far. Texas' defense isn't bad, they are just making everything they are throwing up.

This is the best we've looked all season. I thought for sure UT would blow us out, even after losing to UTA. UTA is probably better than we are.

Hard to watch! Shooting percentage has to be awful. Don't block out. Don't move well without the ball. You name it, this team is struggling!

Roach is not having such a good game last few minutes

Really nice to see this team show some fight and pull out the win. Outscored Bama 51-30 in the second half. I thought our team would just roll over and die after the first.

A very flawed team, but hopefully this will do something for their confidence.

Team looked like they finally figured out how to play together the 2nd half. Let's hope they carry that in to the rest of the season.

Yeah I kinda felt like year 2 would be rough for Shaka and year 3 would be when it came together. We will see.

Last year would of been even better had cam not gotten hurt

I hadn't thought about it too much, but, the commentators were mentioning the lack of a true point guard being an issue. After watching tonight, I think it was very evident and true. I hope somebody emerges as that guy.

Yeah. I really wish Taylor had stayed. He really didn't gain much by leaving he was t an NBA guy. Shaka could of helped him improve his shooting and this team could of used his leadership.

Everybody talks about the point guard, but that's only problem 3. Defensive rebounding and defense are problems 1 and 2. Good 3 point shooting will fix the point guard problem. Texas is supposed to have guys that can shoot....young, davis, mack, jones... This team will live and die by the 3.

Mack is actually leading the big 12 in 3 pt shooting. Davis is really struggling though.

They want to play through Allen and Cleare which is good idea. But without a penetrating point guard the way to open up the middle is knocking down 3's. Davis and Young have been struggling. But Young stepped up last night.

But Young stepped up last night. Amazing how fast they cut into Bama's lead when they started making a few 3's. Picked up their defensive intensity too.
Yep. I'd actually like to see Roach drive a little more. When Texas made the comeback against Northwestren he took over and started driving the lane. Need to see more of that. At least until the 3's start falling.

Where is Taylor now? Bad move for him and the team.
