He was airlifted to Jackson hospital and I’m hearing it’s not looking good. Apparently a life or death situation. I’ve heard rumors that he’s had throat cancer for a while.

Heard from some Tech connections that him being pulled off life support today is a real possibility.

I kind of heard the same thing, but heard that he is brain dead and his family just pulled him off life support. Hoping it’s not true.

Reports are that he had a massive Heart Attack and home and didn't receive any care for 15 minutes. EMS used an AED to restore heart rhythm, he was transported to county and then airlifted to Jackson. There are also reports that he had seizures suggesting severe neurological damage. If this is true then he doesn't have a good shot at making it and if he does make it then he probably won't be able to coach again.
