The Big 12 is a power 5 conference in name only. The expansion fiasco and now poor team play by everyone, the conf will be fighting just to get a team in a decent bowl.

Playoffs probably is not going to happen for BIG12 , but the bowls are tied to conferences. As long as you have enough teams with 6 wins, you are ok.

All the more reason Texas should be dominating. Charlie sucked last year, somehow created momentum out of a losing season, converted any remaining non believers with the Notre Dame upset creating unrealistic expectations, which will now lead to his undoing. Let the Tom Herman watch begin.
