Lost one starter for the season and one for a few weeks. If you noticed…it wasn’t Anthony that dominated you. It was Stoops (who per OB no Texas fans are scared of despite the fact that he’s been a large part of ruining your day over three of these games), Farooq and Anderson. Still a big loss but we’ve got 4 guys fighting to get more time behind him one of which was Anderson...who’s a receiver that you all should be well aware of now.
Hell maybe that means Thompson, who’s been hurt all year, gets an opportunity to burn his former team in a rematch (if it happens)

And before all you excuse makers came to the party I said that both teams played a great game, that I came away very impressed with Texas and that I absolutely did NOT want to play Texas again in the CCG. How is that not giving points in favor of Texas? They are a great football team! Just not the better team in this conference at this point.
Yes but what did Stoops do with those 55 yards on 4 catches? Get wide open for two massive chunk plays and set OU up to score with 15 seconds left. Had a big first down catch on 3rd and 2 in the red zone on the opening scoring drive in the second half. Had another 1st down catch in the first quarter. Every time he caught the ball, it was a first down and 3 of those came during scoring drives, two in the game winner.
Now go back and look at what he did in 2020 and 2021…of the top of my head…2021: caught the tying two point conversion and had the main block that sprung Kennedy Brooks for the walk off game winner…2020: caught the winning TD in the 4th OT.
Just one more guy that Ketch and OB inexplicably underestimated.

Stoops didn’t “dominate” any more than AD Mitchell. He’s a nice college receiver. Smart. Knows how to get open. Hell make a good coach I’m sure. But he is far from dominant.
Go reread my posts pre game. I called for a 5 pt Texas win and was very complimentary of Vegetables, DG and some of the OU players.
