Mueller May Soon Issue Report on Obstruction of Justice

Apparently negotiations for a Trump interview have broken down and Mueller plans to go ahead and issue his report without it.

There's not going to be anything new in the report. It's just a rehash of the things we already know about with a lot of really damning language.

The report will be given to Rosenstein. What he does with it is anybody's guess.
