Probably means Allen won't be going there. And he is the better of the 2.
Maybe he just sits out and plays baseball and never plays a down ala a baseball version of DGB. Or maybe we just terrorize the midget for a few years. Or maybe he beats us a few times. We will see, I guess.

Fizz, I don't know if you are serious. I agree if for football. But, it would be great news for your baseball team.
A little tongue in cheek but his attitude sure worries me. It might help with Allen recruits thought.

I wouldn't worry. It is probably has more to do with Sumlin's way of running things and a distrust that occurred.
I guess I'm the only one here that thinks Kyler will shine in the sooner offense. Looks like a perfect fit for his skill set imo.
I think he fits pretty well.

Makes no sense to bring anyone here that can't start this year. We're going to have 5 scholarship QBs on the roster. Only way you add to that is if the player can start and not sit. 2 years from now we'll still have 5 as Swoopes will have left, but we will have added one more. Locksley though will either be 1 or 2, or moved to WR. Still you need a JUCO or graduate transfer or it just doesn't make sense.

Ideally I agree with this. I think the future is bright with Buechele and Ehlinger and wouldn't want to risk losing either.
But at the end of the day......until we have a quality guy taking snaps and winning games....I don't think we are in a real position to say no to anyone. You take all the talent you can get at the position, age be damned. And let them sort it out. That way you don't get in the situation like we had banking on GG or like we are currently in.
