I would like to see:

1. (26) Bijan "Mustardson" Robinson. Okay, he may be long gone. But some mock drafts, like the CBS one have him still available. Sure fire first rounder, but where in the first round?

2. (58) DeMarvion Overshown. Most drafts have him in the 2nd round, I hope he lasts this long.

3. (90) Moro Ojomo This may be a reach, but a lot of teams like his ability to penetrate. They think he may be a better NFL player than college as he was asked to do too much run support at Texas.

4. (129) Roschon Johnson. I know we have Robinson and signed Pollard, Ronald Jones and Dowdle, so drafting two RBs is probably not happening. But Johnson's skill set and he is such a good pass receiver, maybe it happens. Maybe trade Pollard while he has some value, or cut him and save all that franchise money. Or just keep Pollard a year until Robinson settles in.

5. (169) Keondre Coburn He can be the interior guy taking on double teams, freeing up Ojomo and others.

6. (212) D'Shawn Jamison Might go as low as UDFA, but has physical talent that maybe NFL coaches can improve performance.

7. (244) Jahleel Billingsley. Just a 7th rounder, and Dallas needs a TE.

Okay, I know this won't happen. Dallas needs an interior o-lineman at some point, and several other needs this draft wouldn't address. A great year for TEs, they probably take a better TE earlier. My main reason for posting is to show Texas could have 5 to 7 players drafted. Compare that to 2014 when Texas had no one drafted at all. There is strength up and down the NFL draft spots.

Other likely draft picks of interest:

Bumper Pool from Arkansas. Hasn't he played for like a decade?

Ochaun Mathis from Nebraska. Late round pick. Probably would have been a 3rd rounder after his TCU season. A miserable, or at least mediocre 2022 season dropped him 2, 3 or 4 rounds.

Kelee Ringo I really wanted him at Texas. Some have him as high as a 1st. others drop him as low as the 3rd round. Still a player I hoped would be here.

Eli Ricks. The transfer from LSU to Alabama didn't help his draft stock.

Marvin Mims This guy killed Texas. I would mind seeing him paired with Lamb if he could be had with a middle round pick.

Elijah Higgins. A high school recruit I thought would do great things, but never did. Stanford sucks at football.

Deuce Vaughn. Going to be a diamond in the rough for some team.

Dante Stills An underrated player.

Zach Evans Not for my team.
