The Orange Bowl is a joke. If you're VA thank goodness for conference tie ins. If you're FL you think how could we be this lucky? Is it just me or does the SEC get a lot of bowl mismatches involving their teams? FL by a bunch.
Btw have your heard the big deal on the internet about Megan Mullins the wife of the FL coach? She kisses all the players before and after the games oh and on the lips to. Check it out.
On to the Cotton Bowl. It's sad as to what the Cotton Bowl has become since the playoffs. No more NYD no more TX or Big XII teams. No doubt about it the CB got the short end of the stick in the NY6 bowl games. Yes they get a playoff game every 3 years but that's about it. If you're Memphis you can't just be glad to be there. You have to win bowl games like this. For Memphis this is an opportunity that may not happen again for a long time. I don't like PS their coach is an arrogant *****. But they will win.
You know OR has a chance to break the Pac XII slump next year in the playoffs. Mario Cristobal is the real deal as a coach. They finished ahead of TX in the recruiting rankings last year and they're right behind them this year. The signed the top defensive player in the country last year and he's already a great player. They have 2 more 5* d recruits coming in this year. Unlike TH MC develops his players. WI is picked by 3 in a 28/24 kind of score. But I think OR will win by at least 7.
You know I really want Baylor to beat GA in the SB I really do. For GA that would mean 2 straight losses to a Big XII team in the SB. Texas was 1 thing but Baylor? I will laugh if it happens. If Baylor wins than doubts I have about Jake Fromm might end up true. Baylor can be beat those guys. But there are doubts that Charlie Brewer will play in fact he may never play again. He's had 3 concussions in the last 2 years. The closer we get to the game the more we will know. I don't want to but I have to pick GA.
I'll make it short about the Peach Bowl. OK will score a lot of points but LSU has proven that they can win shootouts this year.
LSU 49
OK 38
Clemson is picked by 3 in a game that they think will be a 31/28 kind of score. Dave Pasch an ESPN play by play guy thinks Clemson is the best team and that right now he thinks Trevor Lawrence is the best qb in the country. Interesting comment. tOSU has not had a close game this year. Even the little 10 title game was a thumping once they got untracked in the 2nd half. But Clemson has a whole team that's been there done that. If Clemson takes command in the 3rd quarter which I think they will that 1st year hc won't be experienced enough to deal with it.
Clemson 38

I'll probably go 4 for 6 that's what I usually do. If I'm 5 for 6 I'll be shocked lol. 6 for 6 would be out of character for me. He** it would be way out of character for me. Real lol.
