Hoping to avoid any more embarrassing falls while boarding Air Force One, the White House says Biden will be using the "lower stairs" built into the rear of the fuselage rather than than using the main front door and taller portable stairs. Don't they have escalators or elevators for this purpose - how do handicapped and wheelchair users board planes when jetways aren't available?
