New Ticket "Queue" to Transfer Tickets

Has anyone logged in today to their LHF account? There's a new "queue" system where you have to wait in line to log into your account to transfer or download tickets. I am trying to transfer tickets to one of my assistants and even season ticket holders have to "wait in line." Has anyone else experienced this?
