Earlier this year, I experienced a pretty rough heat stroke that nearly landed me in the hospital. For our anniversary, my wife bought me a Traeger so I’m not out there tending a hot firebox. I’m 40 have been a stick burner since I learned to BBQ in my mid-teens. So far I’ve done ribs and turkey breast and both turned out really good. I’ve read a lot of articles and watched some YouTube videos about different meats and it seems like there are very few downsides to using one. I do see that bark is harder to attain on a pellet grill. What is everyone’s thoughts/tips/tricks on pellet grills?
