Non-Texas games of interest Week 5

Here we go. A lot of undefeated this week. I noticed MM posts an upset special on these threads. I think it is a good idea for anybody to post their upset special if they want



Washington -2.5 at UCLA: (both undefeated suprisingly) I'll take UW to cover. UCLA hasn't played anybody

Kentucky at Ole Miss -7: (both undefeated) I think UK will win outright

ou -6.5 at TCU: I'll take the sooners to cover

Tech at KSU-8: I'll take Tech and the points

bama -20 at Arkie: I'll take Arkie to win it

Okie Lt at Baylor -2: I'll take Baylor to cover

Wake at FSU-7: (WF 3-1/FSU 4-0): I will go with Wake

aggy at MSU -4: I'll take aggy.

ISU -3 at KU: Very tough. KU will win straight up

NC St at Clemson -6.5: (both undefeated) Clemson will cover


** I have a few upsets posted above, but I will put my special with Arky to beat bama straight up

I am enjoying the game between UCLA and UW. It is actually a good game. They are both undefeated, but I didn't think much of it because of strength of schedule. They both look like decent teams.

Many people have been high on KU football this year but TCU is no joke. They’re also unbeaten and throttling OU right now. They’ll be 4-0 in a couple hours. The Frogs are strong in all phases and just line up and whip ass. That team scares me a hell of a lot more than KU.

Gentlemen unless something starts clicking on our team, I'm having trouble seeing more than 1 or 2 games left that we should win.

OkSt & Baylor both look like they will shred our defense. KSU, KU, TCU all look very formidable.

No idea what happened to the sooners *cough * cough *vegetables, but I doubt we'll see that same OU team in the Cotton Bowl.

Simply put, our boys are either going to surprise us with their improvement or suffer a rehash of last year. Hopefully not the latter.

I hear ya. Only 5 qtrs of playtime doesn't make me feel good about Qwinns eventual midseason return but our alternative is assured struggles. In time, I think he'll be the truth.

Seems like every other B12 team is firing on all cylinders except us and the gooners. Gonna be a fun Charmin Cotton Pillow Fight Bowel for the honors of last place in B12. 😂
