What’s your opinion of nootropics? If you’ve used them What’s the best for energy and focus? Best for sleep balance?
 
Many college students get these types of drugs illegally, and while they may seem to help in the short term, there are serious risks. Side effects may include insomnia, blurry vision, high blood pressure, a fast heart rate, circulation problems, and addiction
 
Has anyone tried crack? I've heard it does wonders for weight loss.
 
If you are older than 40, eat twice a day. Eat at 10 am and 4pm. Only one carb at most per day. Fish is best for protein. 5 vegetable servings with 2-3 fruit. 10,000 steps per day. 1-2 gallons of water mostly before and after meal times. You'll lose weight. No packaged food, no sweets, no artificial sweetners.
 
Eat a clean diet, exercise daily, stay away from sugary foods, and drink a gallon of water a day. If you do all of that then you don't need any useless supplements.
