I have the auto-renewing subscription to the app. But almost every time I login it asks me to renew my subscription. I try to renew in the app and it just freezes. I’ve double checked to make sure I have an active subscription. Eventually it will let me view the site as normal. Any idea how to correct this inconvenience?
