It seems that our feds are not able to adequately screen whether or not the President of Ukraine is actually the one on the other line or not, I mean JFC how embarrassing is this. Before you look at the source, I definitely am not a Zero Hedge subscriber, WaPo has a similar article and quote but it's behind a paywall...I just saw this on Drudge.
