Since the boys are now climbing the Alps, which is when the GC competition heats up, I thought I'd start a TDF thread for those of us who love cycling. Watching the tour is more than just following the race, it's also a hi-def aerial tour of some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world, with incredible history.
As for the race, I think this year is the same as the last, and Team Sky is dominant. But Froome won the Giro, and riders who do that usually run out of legs in the Tour.
As for today's stage, Movistar should have sent Valverde and Quintana in the break to make things interesting, but instead they just sit on the back of Sky. I don't get the strategy.
