So what i take from this article...

is that:
1 - The Obama administration is prepared to go to war with Russia to basically protect the DNC and HRC even though (a) Jullian Assange has said it didnt come from Russia and (b) almost all hacking comes from servers in that area of the world
and... wait for it....................
2 - Tell them ahead of time exactly how we`re going to do it ahead of time so they know without a shadow of a doubt that we did their`s
Am I understanding correctly what I`m reading here? Are we seriously so corrupt... and open about our corruptness that we would use our war machine for political purposes while being so PC that we feel we need to tell our enemy not only that we are going to attack them but exactly how we are going to do it?
