Two days after the massacre in a Colorado grocery store in 2021, a guy goes into the bathroom of a Publix grocery store in Atlanta and proceeded to put on body armor and load up his legally acquired four handguns, AR and shotgun. An instacart employee in the bathroom saw the guy and went to alert a store employee. What followed was a chaotic evacuation and the arrest of the gunman without incident. Here is the shocker. The guy was charged with multiple felonies but the DA had to drop all the charges because of the absurdly lax open carry laws here in Georgia. He simply broke no laws. lol. It should be noted that the DA has gone back to indict him on a bunch of ticky-tacky violations but essentially it is perfectly ok to put on body armor and go grocery shopping with six loaded weapons including long guns. What a (dumb) country!!
