There have been many variations on this recipe..I have cooked at tailgate, at the house, hunting, camping


This is a personal favorite when I am out of the deer meat my buddies give me...gonna set my two little killers out this year on Bambi...then they can let Uncle North Texas Horn work his gutting and skinning magic show...from what I have heard he has one of those guys with the stopwatch and the LED scoreboard for finish times..

This can be multiplied


2 pounds of 70/30 ground beef

1 pound of Venison

1 pound Jimmy Dean HOT Breakfast Sausage

3 16oz cans of tomato sauce

1 cup of Chili Powder

1/4 cup Cumin

1/4 cup Onion Powder

1/4 cup Garlic Powder

1/4 cup minced garlic

4 tbsp Smoked Paprika

4 tbsp Kosher Salt

3 tbsp Ground Black Papper

3 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper

2 tbsp Cheyenne Pepper

1 Finely diced 1015 Onion

1 finely diced jalapeno


Stick it all together in a pot with 3 Milwaukees Best Light Beer
