Lol, Repeat after me “regulation is the friend of the incumbent”. Regulatory capture being a tool of the incumbents to maintain dominance is another piece of the corruption occurring in this country. One current example is Ripple Labs being sued by the SEC (which is now over and Ripple won). The SEC is being used by the incumbent banks to hold up Ripple’s technology.
