Looks like I’ll be changing out my HVAC system soon. 2700 sq ft , 1 story house, looking at a 16 seer, 2 stage system, 5 ton American Standard. I’ve been quoted $17,200 and that’s with a 5% cash discount. Seems quite high to me. I’m in the Houston area. Any thoughts? Thanks!
