I'll have a wash under contract in Tarrant County by the end of this week and will begin the due diligence process next week. Would LOVE to speak to any car wash veterans about the business, but also looking to hire someone to 'consult' on the due diligence process (and maybe longer).
I am a 'mostly' retired tech sales guy and know ZERO about this industry, but do know this particular wash is a very healthy business from a numbers, real estate and longevity (time in business) standpoint.
