i'm asking for a friend in the Austin area. I have a good friend heading toward a divorce with 2 young kids. No filings have been made, but divorce in the near term is fairly likely. His wife has taken a new job and commuting an hour away and determined to sell their Austin home in order to move this summer. He'd like to stay in Austin and fortify his arguments to stay in Austin and at minimum assure joint custody. Without going into details I'd really like some advice on some of the better firms or attorneys out there. thanks and hook 'em
