Sadly I grew up in SA but haven't lived there in 30+ years so I'm out of date.
I'm assuming all my old haunts are gone. What are the best dive TexMex restaurants nowadays in SA? You know, the ones that are family generational spots with amazing food but may or may not pass a health inspection.
