OT: Caesar's Palace Restaurants - Vegas

[ClueHeywood]

Headed to Vegas this weekend and staying at Caesar's for the first time. I have been asked to make reservations for Saturday night at either Amalfi (Bobby Flay), Stanton Social Prime, or Brasserie B (also Bobby Flay). Curious if there were any recommendations regarding the 3 and any items that are a must order. Thanks in advance for any advice!
