Is Cutler misunderstood or is he really just a bad leader and QB?

What does that even mean? They can't understand him in the huddle? Or his personality causes him to make poor decisions and poor throws?

He was 11-34 as a starter in college (yes I know it was Vanderbilt). Nonetheless, he came into the NFL a loser and still is one. He's got some tools but he just doesn't have the "it" factor. The Broncos would never have let him go otherwise.

He's got a chip on his shoulder in a BAD way....... not one of those good chips either...

He's terrible . . . Has all the physical tools but makes terrible passes and worse decisions.
