OT: Destin Florida

I’m heading there Wednesday and was wondering if any of you knuckleheads have been and any suggestions I should look into or do?
It’s myself, my wife and two daughters (senior age 17 and freshman age 14).

The wharf area is really cool. Take a chartered boat to Crab Island. Fair warning, be prepared to hurry up and wait. Not kidding-the traffic is horrible. It will literally take you about 45 minutes to go about five miles around there. It is also very difficult to find a parking space around the wharf and restaurant areas. The beach is amazing! The whitest, softest sand that you'll ever see. The water is a blue/green and very clear. Enjoy!

Spring break 1994 (or 95-- i was sofa king drunk i don't recall)-- Destin. MTV does their first "MTV spring break party".

Tramp stamps were everywhere. I laid more pipe than Kinder Morgan. If I had a nickel for every time I heard "Everything really IS bigger in Texas" I could have retired in my 20s.
Florida college co-eds were WILD...... but the Kentucky and Tennessee girls liked a good tonk in the tradesman's entrance.

The entire florida gulf coast is ripe for fishing. You've thousands of options whether bay or offshore. Their's one waitin for ya. 😁

Arrived last night around midnight. A couple delays in Austin and charlotte. Just doing some reconnaissance today to get a feel for the lay of the land and the property layout. Also made a trip to the grocery store and liquor store. Enjoying a hurricane on steroids at the pool and seeing some decent scenery, but mostly moms, with a sprinkle of tight bodies.
Heading to the beach tomorrow, but the talk is a tropical storm hit two weeks ago and brought a bunch of seaweed and brown water. Also heard if you go out 20-30 yards it clears up.

Went to a Walmart after I left Disney one night, my goodness the change of scenery from Walmarts here in Texas to the one in Florida outstanding. Many hot big booty boriquas everywhere that work there.....

Yep, my family has a condo in Orange Beach. Sharks are present. No issues here. We don't go out far though. My youngest tries but gets reeled in quickly.
