OT:For All You Dads and GrandPa!

Damn @FlourBluffHorn that's a nice tip....Wish I had thought of it for my boy. Baseball was my first love. Tried to get my son interested in it when he about 5-6 but he just never did take to it. Never really had a chance to bat it around, mostly we played catch and throw and he kicked the ball a lot. He surprised me at 9 by telling me he wanted to play football. Got his mother to agree and he played through high school, always on the line, though he had a pretty fair arm, like his daddy he had no speed. Now his football days are over and he's 6'3" and in love with basketball. Maybe I'll get another chance with my grandkids someday.

When my grandson was young , he played Baseball in the street with his buds, I betcha I paid for every damn windows he knocked out six houses in either direction from my house, then he discovered girls and that was the end of his Major league career and it saved me a lotta money also, its hard to believe he's a Chief in the navy now, but, I have a 3 yr old Great grandson that loves his Grandpa so maybe I will be back in action soon, glad there are new people on the streets now, them old women was tearing our ass up on them windows
