Our 4 yr old son was diagnosed with Autism and as part of his treatment benefits from Occupational Therapy. It is a madhouse in Lakeway/Austin area right now, and our OT recently left for another job. We have started the search for a new OT and are on several waitlists. Talking with other parents in the area, including some at the same ABA center, it seems like this is a common trend. Posting here in hopes someone sees this and could point us in the right direction for an opening. If someone knows a therapist/clinic/etc that would be open to having a discussion, please let me know. I would bet there are several kids at our son's ABA center who would sign up for services too (ie an OT could travel to 1 ABA location and see 5-6 kids in a row).
