I'm thinking of adding a smoker to my grill set up outdoors. I have usually had a gas grill for cooking steaks, chicken, fajita's etc. but I'd like to add a smoker to my set up. I have my grill within a granite top counter top, can any of the popular smokers like a green egg be installed within a counter top set up or do they have to be free standing units?
If so, what type/brand of smoker would you recommend?
