OT: Milan - help needed

Hey OB, I am headed that direction for a conference and have the weekend open. Any advice? I've done Florence and Rome, but not Milan, nor Lake Como. There are some excursions to the lake, as well as train trips to the Swiss side of the border. Any advice is appreciated.
