OT: New Mexico Recs

Little lady and I are planning a NM trip through Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and White Sands, maybe more. All recommendations are appreciated, esp good restaurants, hotels / resorts, AirBnBs, arts / crafts centers, etc. Visited White Sands NP many years ago and really liked it, though I cannot imagine spending more than 4-6 hours there.
