In about June of last year I had to have surgery on my right shoulder for a torn labrum and rotator cuff. About 6 weeks after both were torn again and I had the surgical procedure again on Halloween. Here I am 6.5 months later and I am having some pretty sharp pain in my tricep. Has anyone ever experienced this and, if so, what did you do to alleviate the pain?
