I know we have a lot of hunters on the board, so I just wanted to throw it out here that my two brothers and I have decided to sell our ranch we inherited about 9 years ago. This is a hard to find property with the water access.
Here's a description of it, please private message me if you or someone you know might be interested, we're doing this by private sale and word of mouth:
72.2 acres, off of Hwy 71 between Llano and Horseshoe Bay, accessed off Hwy 71 in two ways, 8 miles of dirt road from Hwy 71 or 4 miles of dirt road from Round Mountain area. It is about 1:45 minutes from downtown San Antonio, 15 minutes to Horseshoe Bay, 20 minutes to Marble Falls, and 1:15 minutes to Austin.
It has a 2 bed/1 full bath cedar log cabin that was recently remodeled inside. Full kitchen/living room with a wood burning fireplace. It has three deer blinds w/feeders, a tower structure with great views, a windmill, a fenced area for a garden, two sheds, a deer dressing table with sink, a still shed, a horse barn, a covered car port, a couple of outhouses, a chicken coup, and a playground area/park next to the dam. Comanche creek runs through the middle of the property and the dam creates a nice lake for fishing. It is a hunter’s paradise for deer, turkey, and hogs and a great place to entertain friends/grand kids. It had 1 dock for our electric motor boat and two docks for fishing, but the docks need to be repaired or replaced.

Hi all, I've had several of you send me private messages, so thank you very much for your interest. I will do my best to get you more information as quickly as possible. I will most likely be heading out to the ranch within the next few days and get some up to date pictures and figure out a firm asking price.

Due to the stormy weather and conflict in my schedule, I won't be able to get to our place until next Thursday the 28th. So for those of you who have emailed and private messaged me, I hope to have our price firmed up by a week from this Friday and some more pictures posted. Thanks for your patience.
