OB, I need your sage wisdom. We are doing a 2 week trip to Europe in mid may for my Vietnamese wife’s 50th and sons graduation from College. My younger son goes to Uni at Bristol so we are going to all meet in Amsterdam and stay 5 days before heading to Croatia. We are going to end in London and have to go to Bristol for a day to get my kids stuff and pack him up.
This gives us 4-5 days in Croatia and we can’t decide between Split and Dubrovnik. I want to get all up on the Game of Thrones stuff and we are all fans, but Hvar and Split seem a little better for the boys who will want to get into some night life.
We are definitely hitting the islands and it seems like Split might also be better for that. It’s a long ass trip to Dubrovnik from Split so it seems like it would be a pain to get up there even for a day.
What say you OB world travelers.
