I have a natural gas weber grill and recently purchased the glazed baking stone. Been making some good pizza on it but having an issue of charring the crust. Wife says burnt. Anyway using Trader Joe’s pizza dough. Grill gets to about 650F. Let it heat up for 20 minutes. Cook pizza for 6-8 minutes. Cheese and toppings are perfect. What technique are y’all using??
