Drove out to a bar in Colorado Springs for the first time to catch the game.
The game was epic, the ending sucked… but gotta be honest, best I’ve ever felt after a major loss.
not sure if it was being surrounded by fellow Horns. Or the fact there were two Ohio State fans that were scum of the earth, and I was proud to NOT have anything but kind friendly Longhorns surrounding me. Not sure if it was that we took em to the ropes at the end when everyone said we would get steamrolled. Heck, maybe it’s my work towards my Theology Masters…
All I know is we have a coach I can root for. A fan base that is classy. Players that aren’t thugs. And a bright future again.
