I’m staying in Wimberley and just realized the pipeline is proposed to go through here and while not through some land I own here, very close to it and upstream on the Blanco. From what I’ve read, Kinder Morgan doesn’t have to do any environmental studies at all and with eminent domain only has to pay fair price to those in direct path.
Any knowledgeable folks on this and particularly those in the hill country? Thanks.
