Ran this on the Rivals OU board and so far, not much support for changing. But I've done this in the past, and usually, the fans coming off an RRR loss are more willing to change. So just curious.

I suspect that you and I don't agree on a lot. But we absolutely agree about that. Combining the two polls so far, only the Cotton Bowl is just under 80%. I don't think the AD's would let it change until the CB falls apart.

I don't know any fans that want it to change. If so maybe a home and home. Nobody outside of Jerry Jones wants it at ATT

Without that game and all those fat inbred sooners......the fair would take a tremendous hit and maybe have to close it's doors.......i mean who else is gonna eat all that fried butter and crap like that.

AS is,You might forget a game played on a hot day in Austin or Norman but will not forget the game at the Cotton bowl with all the rides, exhibits, new cars on display and all the great food and both places do not have the deep fried corn dogs along with Big Tex.

The fair close it doors cause of one game? It's the biggest state fair in the country lol

The poll is a little tedious, but it looks like whether you've gone to the game or not the Cotton Bowl is the favorite as it should be.

BTW, no way AT&T stadium for me.

DON'T EVER LET IT MOVE!!!!! There may be more money to be made, but NOTHING can replace the tradition, the atmosphere and the uniqueness of this game at this venue. The Cotton Bowl as seen better days, but the crappiness of the Cotton Bowl only adds to the setting. BTW - I've now been 13 times, and UT is 2-11.

Agree with everything you've said -- but please stay the hell away from the game from now on, diadevic!

Never. Ever move 2 things that should not change. Texas ou game in Dallas and we never play Aggie again.

I also want them to tell the pc police the UT/OU game is still "THE RED RIVER SHOOTOUT" before they start calling it Tiddlywinks in Texas.

"Red River Shootout" was just another corporate promotional contrivance that sucked as much as any of the others.

Robococks21.........please tell me you can tell when someone is being a smart ass.

The Cotton Bowl falling apart... that's not going to stop Texas and OU from playing there.
